Job Summary

The position will be in charge of serving as the main contact for all guests during the game at the Park.

Duties

• Greeting of the guests upon arrival
• Scanning of game tickets while ensuring proper use of tickets
• Proactively providing assistance, answering queries and communicating security measures
• Offer wheelchair to guests as needed
• Monitoring of designated areas for any issues
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Can work for long hours
• Can work outdoors all year round
• 1 year of customer service/guest service experience required
• High school or GED required
