Job Summary

• Assist the finance department in various accounting and administrative duties.

• Prepare invoices for sponsorships and ballpark events.
• Track radio spots aired and send affidavits to sponsors.
• Review departmental financials and perform variance analysis.
• Scan vendor invoices & support in an automated paperless system.
• Filing invoice backup & expense reports.
• Research AP transactions and assist in vendor inquiries.
• Assist AP in weekly payment processing.
• Allocate monthly retail charges to corresponding departments.
• Assist with month-end closing analysis & prepare reconciliation schedules.
• Compile worksheet related to sponsorship direct costs.
• Assist with year-end audit & tax preparation.
• Other special projects & analysis.

• Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
• Detail oriented, organized & able to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with accounting software a plus.

• College degree in accounting or finance required.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
