International Scouting Apprentice

Job Summary

• Contribute to data management, organization, and integration of scouting data into the organization’s international scouting system


• Upload video collected by scouts to support the international scouting department


• Communicate with the international scouting staff to ensure a seamless transfer of accurate information collected in the field to the front office


• Collect data and perform ad hoc projects to support the international scouting department


• Assist with administrative tasks to support the amateur scouting department as needed

• This job operates in a clerical, office setting. 
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

• This is a nonexempt position, and typical hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• The employee may be required to work during weekends on an as needed basis.
