Mail Room Assistant-Part Time

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of sorting and delivery of incoming, outgoing and interdepartmental mails.

Duties

• Meter mail and processing to be delivered to US Postal Service
• Verifying and maintaining of records for incoming/outgoing shipments
• Inventory for shipping materials/supplies maintaining
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• MS office proficiency
• Computer literate and knows how to use shipping software of UPS, FedEx and DHL
• Can lift up to 50 lbs
