Job Summary

The position will entail the task of completing assigned projects for repair, maintenance and construction.

Duties

• Must follow the policies and procedures
• Operating and maintaining repairs for buildings within the ball park area
• Attend to other semi skilled/skilled duties
• Maintaining and monitoring of repair equipment usage
• Attending to minor repairs
• Participating in training sessions as needed
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

Valid driver's license

Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry knowledge
