Part Time Guest Services Representative

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of welcoming the guests to event venue while providing general information or directions to them.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Gives special assistance to guests as needed
• Bags and purses checking
• Ticket scanners operating
• Securing of gates and access points
• Administering of wristband process
• Other related tasks

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong skills customer service
• Venue and seat layout knowledge
• Can lift/carry/push/pull up to 45 lbs
• Can work varying days/hours
