Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of development the business strategy for all premium sales and service efforts for new and retaining business.

 

Duties

  • Managing the finances, staffing, strategy and planning for the team
  • Executing/tracking/adjusting of strategies to ensure the yearly revenue goals are met
  • Recruiting/interviewing/hiring/performing performance reviews
  • Supporting the team members with regular meeting attendance
  • Developing and executing of regular premium
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of ticker sales management experience
  • 5 years of industry related experience
  • MS office proficient
  • CRM system prior experience
