Job Summary

The position will be in charge of tackling some of the most exciting issues in baseball. This is a full time role and hired individual must be able to work independently but can also be a team player.

Duties

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Application of established legal principles/sound judgment
• Helping in the daily management of all Company legal and compliance matters
• Evaluating the needs and periodical drafting/revising of company policies
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• JD from accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• 5 years of major law firm experience
• Good writing/negotiating skills
• Strong problem solving/interpersonal skills
• Can work independently and can prioritize work
