Job Summary
The position will be in charge of advising the Company about legal matters and serves as the legal representative of the Company.
Duties
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts of customers/vendors
- Application of established legal principles
- Independent identification and prioritizing of projects/work
- Helping with the daily management of all Company legal/compliance matters
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- JD from accredited law school
- 5 years of experience with law major
- Outstanding writing/negotiating skills
- Strong skills problem solving/interpersonal
- Independent and strong skills organizational
