Job Summary

Seeking a Technology Innovation Analyst to join our Technology org.  The Technology org is tasked with revitalizing systems and infrastructure which power the fan experience at the Coliseum, internal business processes, and baseball operations. 

This team is also responsible for building out a next generation technology experience for our new ballpark.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ownership of IT Operations business processes and technology

* Document IT systems architecture
* Train end users on our internal technology stack
* Assist with troubleshooting end user issues and network technologies
