Job Summary

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

The Equipment Manager oversees all aspects of the team equipment and gear.

The Equipment Manager works directly for the Head Equipment Manager and Assistant General Manager while reporting to the GM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.

GENERIC DUTIES

• Collaborate with director of soccer operations, coaching staff and players with all gear and equipment needs 
• Assist all coaching staff during all training sessions and match days
• Be available for any special projects and special requests from the AGM and Head Equipment Manager

SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Coach and Player Assistance  
• Be available before, during, and after training, to aid players and coaches in various needs
• Collaborate with Equipment Staff to provide daily laundry service for players and coaches
