Job Summary

• Formulate design concepts, presentations, templates, layouts, merchandise, installations and other collateral from initial idea to final execution


• Design advertisements, print materials, still digital imaging and web graphics


• Present or pitch ideas, briefs, and concepts to various parties, in and out of house


• Create advertising campaigns that are followed across a variety of collateral 


• Advise other departments on creative process timelines as projects are conceived


• Design workflow that prioritizes and filters work coming from all departments

• Execute marketing campaigns and sales promotions to reach and retain fans through the use of visual assets, video and interactive experiences.

• Develop interactive site features, Facebook applications, rich media display ads, landing pages and ad-hoc web pages utilizing best SEO practices


• Plan, create and post engaging and effective content for the website and the club's social channels 


• Execute game day digital strategy for both home and away matches 


• Develop methods to increase fan engagement and brand awareness in all digital platforms


• Monitor and measure the team's social media, mobile, email and digital marketing efforts


• Package content and publish to website in a timely, relevant, and engaging manner and syndicate via social media channels as necessary 

• A minimum education level of:  Bachelor of Arts/ Sciences Degree (4-year)


• Years of related work experience: 4-6 Years


• Proven ability to create compelling visual communication for print and digital platforms


• Extensive experience of working with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Fireworks, InDesign, Illustrator, Flash and Javascript.


• Proactive and able to work well under pressure


• Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills


• Proven ability to successfully manage several projects at once, prioritize assignments, manage expectations of internal customers and be extremely organized.


• Proven willingness to think differently to accomplish greater results


• Team player with professional demeanor demonstrating responsibility, initiative and dependability, all with a positive attitude


• Flexible and adapts to various environments and situations


• High ethical standards and strong sense of confidentiality


• Strong written and verbal communication skills
