Job Summary


  • HR Administration
  • Provide general support and administrative assistance
  • Perform some clerical work, such as filing, data entry, copying and correspondence
  • Record all resumes and personnel documents in HR electronic files
  • Support recruiting and hiring process, including: posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and tracking background checks 
  • Create and help monitor inventory for New Hire Welcome Kits
  • Help revamp and streamline on boarding processes for new hires 
  • Promote a warm and welcoming environment for new staff and interns
  • Assist with new hire paperwork and benefit enrollment
  • Begin to develop a current knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Create, implement and enforce policies and operating procedures for the front office
  • Reconcile monthly insurance bills
  • Assist with HR related activities (i.e. Open Enrollment, Employee Events, Volunteer Opportunities, etc.) that will drive employee satisfaction
  • Assist with Employee Recognition program
  • Complete employment verifications
  • Reception duties when required
  •  Internship Program


  • Student must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational, time management and project management skills with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as flexibility to accommodate different personalities and professional work styles
  • Goal-oriented, ambitious, honest individuals sought with strong work ethic, dedication and strong desire to learn about the sports industry
  • Ability to multi task, manage priorities, and work in fast paced organization
  • Willingness to work home games that occur on some nights and weekends
  • Being involved on your college campus is a plus – whether in admissions, student activities, sports or philanthropy – and are passionate about contributing to your community
