Business Admin & Finance Intern

Job Summary

• Learn the daily functions of the finance department including: 
  
  
  • Deposits and race review 
  
  
  • Accounts Payable: check processing, invoice filing & approval steps 
  
  
  • Accounts Receivable support & data entry 
  
  


• Organize, scan and file Finance documents 


• Assist the Chief of Staff, Controller and Senior Counsel with strategic and general business projects


• Learn about and support USOPC organizational compliance and audit requirements


• Support the Chief of Staff in organizational strategy and business operations projects


• Other duties as assigned

• Educational Requirements:  Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree program


• Excellent communication, organization, problem solving & critical thinking 


• Detail oriented


• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook.


• Passion for sport and the Ideals of the Olympic Movement


• Familiarity with Triathlon preferred but not required. 


• Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced multidisciplinary team environment.


• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
