Summary:
This internship is a unique and exciting opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a foundation. This intern works directly with the Foundation staff. During the semester, the Foundation intern will be afforded the opportunity to develop and apply skills in various areas including but not limited to customer service, marketing, organizational growth, as well as introductions to data management and business analytics.
Essential Job Functions:
- Learn the daily functions of the foundation including event management, donation reporting, invoice reporting, and constituent communication
- Support the Foundation across all departments
- Assist with projects and program
- Perform administrative duties as needed
- Be a resource to a collaborative team to help grow membership and the organization.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree program.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook.
- Passion for sport and the Ideals of the Olympic Movement
- Familiarity with Triathlon preferred but not required.
