Job Summary

The Senior Service Engineer role is a senior level position responsible for supporting the overall technology ecosystem. The core responsibilities include building, configuring and maintaining physical servers, Microsoft server operating systems (Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 and future releases), back up technologies, network area storage devices and creating and maintaining documentation for the same. This role will be key in driving our technology ecosystem forward, identifying needed changes and implementing them.
