Job Summary

Job Description

• Co-ed interactive group who represent the NBA Team organization at all home games.
• Currently searching for Crew Team members that will be a part of the 2019-2020 season.  

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute all in-game promotions at home games.  
• Strong focus on positive fan engagement and being friendly and helpful to fans.
• Assist with the coordination of pre-game events, in-game promotions and halftime acts.
• A self-starter that can execute tasks throughout the game while engaging fans.
• A team orientated individual that is outgoing and is able to connect with fans.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, off season offsite outreach events and other ancillary events.
• Must be able to work summer events (mostly weekends) and 75% of the regular season games.

Qualifications 

• Must be 18 years or older by August 1st, 2019.
• Must be able to work summer events (mostly weekends) and 75% of the regular season games.
• General knowledge of Basketball.
• Flexible schedule.
• Must be able to work weekdays and weekends.
  Must be able to be at the FieldHouse 3 hours before Tipoff.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  Must have reliable transportation to and from the FieldHouse.
• Demonstrated knowledge and enthusiasm for the NBA Team. 
  Excellent interpersonal skills. 
• Must have the ability to follow instructions and make decisions on the spot.
• Must collaborate well in a team environment. 
• Experience in live entertainment (cheer, dance, theater, etc.) preferred but not necessary.
