Adminstrative Assistant

NBA Team is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant who will support the VP, Business and Legal Affairs, Senior Vice President Corporate Partnerships, Vice President Corporate Partnerships, Vice President Communications by coordinating scheduling, processing reports, making travel arrangements, maintaining calendars and providing other administrative support to the executives.  The Administrative Assistant must have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times, multi-task in a fast paced, high energy environment, and anticipate needs and workflow.

 

Successful applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree from accredited college, 1-3 years of previous work experience in an Administrative function, experience supporting an attorney, and/or CFO preferred, Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely as well as Strong computer skills (MS Office applications).
