Account Manager, Season Ticket Member Services

NFL Franchise seeking Season Ticket and Member Services Account Manager to focus on the long-term retention and growth of Season Ticket Members. This involves successfully securing renewal commitments from Season Ticket Members and providing a high level of customer service with the goal of growing account holder relationships with the NFL Team. The  Season Ticket and Member Services Account Manager will also be responsible for new business sales obtained by generating referrals, upselling current accounts, groups and party suites, creating and implementing unique service strategies, ideas and programs as a means of retaining Season Ticket Members.

 

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, strong communication skills and the ability to effectively deal with a wide range of people, must be detail oriented and organized, proficient with Microsoft Office Applications. Candidates with 1 year of sport sales and service experience will be preferred.
