Job Summary

 
 Responsibilities/Functions:

  • Prospect, cultivate, close and service new business partnerships leveraging the NFL Team and Stadium controlled media/sponsorship assets and brands

  • Engage in onsite and out-of-office sales meetings

  • Create, propose and negotiateintegrated sponsorship platforms

  • Develop relationships with clients and media planning & buying agencies

  • Maintain and be held accountable for required sales activity levels, sales results and reports

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base

  • Create marketing and sponsorship platforms for sales presentations 

  • Analyze emerging sponsorship categories 

  • Consistently research best practices within sponsorship discipline 

  • Conduct discovery meetings with prospects to understand business needs and objectives

  • Assist in development of sales personnel within sponsorship department

  • Perform other functions and activities as assigned 

 
Required Qualifications:

  • Prospective candidate should have no less than five (5) years industry experience in a sales capacity

  • Sports, entertainment salespreferred

  • Strong existing client relationships are preferred and direct working relationships with media agencies is aplus

  • An individual of superior self-confidence, enthusiasm and resiliency who possesses a combination of forward-thinking and self-motivation to rise to the challenge and enable him/her to immediately establish credibility within and outside of the organization and to achieve sales results and superior service

  • An individual with the ability to relate to a wide variety of audiences.
  • The successful candidate must possess the demonstrated ability to gain and enhance the respect and trust of superiors, peers, and subordinates

  • Preferable to have experience in the marketplace

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM 

  • Ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and to prioritizeefficiently

  • Possess an optimistic team attitude and competitive desire to be thebest
