Job Summary

 

The position will be helping the fans with questions and problems that may happen on game days while helping in Group Experience execution and management.

 

Duties

  • Operating at kiosks of Customer Service and Ticket Information
  • Managing of various game day programs
  • Helping with any other events for season ticket members on game days
  • Execution of Pre-game and Post-game Group Experiences
  • Delivering of tickets and credentials to Season Ticket Members/Group Leaders/Prospects
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in college/university
  • Strong skills communication/problem solving
  • Can work on all home games
