Job Summary

Job Description

• Work on special projects and assignments that relate to our business.
• As you gain practical experience, projects will increase in responsibility and scope.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Aids in managing departmental initiatives to improve business processes and products.
• Work closely with members of your specific department on assignments related to their current projects.
• Assist team with inventory and distribution center needs.
• Aid in on-site assistance at sales locations.
• Learn all policies and procedures.
• Learn processes related to department functions, and how they interconnect with other departments.
• Assist team members in clerical work, administrative and business detail.
• Gain firsthand experience of what it is like to work in Event and Stadium Retail Operations.
• Learn about specific aspects of event management including policy implementation; training and development, sales and inventory management; training and development and customer service leadership.
• Get practical experience in visual merchandising.

Education and/or Experience                    

• Must be enrolled in an accredited institution and applicable degree program.
• This is an unpaid internship.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
• Basic knowledge and interest in retail.
• Candidates should possess leadership qualities and skills and be excited about a potential career in Event Management.
• Candidates need to be responsible, organized, highly motivated, possess great communication skills, be positive, and a team player.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Foundation knowledge of policies and procedures.
