Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

• Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement for ticketing, suites and sponsorships. Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitate continuous process improvement.
• Work with business owners and team leads to define KPIs and data points to be captured.
• Supply ongoing recommendations for appropriate success metrics and measurements for the ticket, suites, and sponsorship sales teams based on identified trends and patterns within the team.
• Support sales software stack including but not limited to Dynamics CRM, AdobeSign, FormStack, Zapier and Eloqua with a focus on optimizing integrations between systems, sync times of sales tasks, and improving data quality
• Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports (Excel, Tableau, SQL) and other data intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommend revisions to existing reports and assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
• Work as CRM administrative support, resolving all non-technical issues and acting as the day to day “help desk”for the sales and marketing teams.
