Job Summary

The position will be in charge of performing and managing various accounting functions like processing of check runs weekly, Monthly expense reporting preparation, performance of adhoc accounting projects as needed.

• Execution of vendor invoice processing and payment accurately
• Gives accurate information on supplier account status
• Ensuring the policies of the company are being followed
• Handling and resolving of workflow responses
• Monthly reports production
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong skills problem solving/MS Excel/MS Word
• Strong organizational skills
• MS Dynamics 365 preferred
