Group Sales Account Executive

Job Summary

• Ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic. 
• Individual should have a strong passion for sales, experience and a desire to build a career in professional sports.
• Position generates revenue through strategic prospecting, cold-calling and relationship building.  

• B2B sales to local DMV companies.
• Meet or exceed all specified group sales goals.
• Game day responsibilities include meeting with group leaders, assisting in all group sales initiatives and game day assets as required to fulfill and meet the needs of clients.
• Retain, service, cross-sell and upgrade existing group accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct both in-stadium and field appointments to assist in closing new business and developing new relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree
• B2B sales experience 
• One year of sales experience in a sports and entertainment environment.
• Experience with ticketing programs (Archtics, CRM).
• Experience in a high volume sports and entertainment venue.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to ensure excellent customer care.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Suite products.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of outbound phone calls.
• Maintain the mission & values of the NFL Team.
