Job Summary

The Accounting Coordinator will perform daily accounting functions for the NHL Team, its American Hockey League Affiliate, and other associated subsidiaries at the direction of the Controller.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries for month-end closing process

Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual reconciliations of balance sheet accounts

Maintenance of automated bank reconciliation (Positive Pay) exceptions, including preparation of deposits/wire transfers as needed

Assist with Box office Accounting

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and other reports as required/requested by management or external third parties

Perform special projects and other various duties as needed
