Job Summary
The position entails the task of coordinating and supporting the events/meetings/special projects with concentration on event hospitality and hotel operations.
Duties
- Reviewing and recommending of the site
- Contract negotiation of hotel
- Ensuring that the hotel meets the standards of the event contract
- Setup and coordinating of on site offices
- Other related tasks as needed
Qualification
- College degree with 2 years of hotel/hospitality experience
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong skills in communications
- Can multitask at work
- Can work in varying work shifts/hours
