Job Summary

The position entails the task of coordinating and supporting the events/meetings/special projects with concentration on event hospitality and hotel operations.

Duties

• Reviewing and recommending of the site
• Contract negotiation of hotel
• Ensuring that the hotel meets the standards of the event contract
• Setup and coordinating of on site offices
• Other related tasks as needed

Qualification

• College degree with 2 years of hotel/hospitality experience
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong skills in communications
• Can multitask at work
• Can work in varying work shifts/hours
