Event Services Internship

Job Summary

• Shadow & assist Event Reps & Front of House Manager during all events


• Prepare the Event Services Weekly Schedule 


• Prepare Event Reference Sheets


• Assist with creating and implementing staffing requests


• Assist with gathering information for Event and Meeting Room bookings


• May occasionally act as Event Services Rep for small

• Interns must be able to lift up to 20lbs


• Interns must be prepared for long hours on their feet


• Interns must be high-energy, detail-oriented, team players


• Interns must be available to work event nights (Hockey and Non-Hockey Related)

• Enrolled and in good standing in an accredited/degree seeking program at a college or university.


• Earn academic credit- that is directly applied to the student’s degree.


• Meet the academic credit compliance requirements of the intern’s college or university.


• Be able to maintain confidential information.


• Internships do not provide compensation or housing.


• As a condition of the internship, a qualified applicant will be subject to a background check, including a criminal history check, driving history and character references.
