Facility Operations Director

Job Summary

The position will oversee the hiring, training and management of Operations department for the staff.
Duties

• Annual budget operations
• Developing, training, supervising of ice personnel
• Weekly work schedule preparation
• Execution and training of Operations department employees
• Installing and maintaining of NHL quality
• Overseeing of facility event set up
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED
• Certified Ice Technician and forklift
• 5 years of related experience
• 2 years of similar supervisory or management experience
• Basic working knowledge of facility equipment
• Strong skills communication/organizational/computer
