Job Summary
The position will help with event coordination and office tasks associated in keeping up with a busy day at the department.
Duties
- Help in all events
- Preparing weekly schedule of Event Services/Event Reference Sheets
- Helping to create and implement staffing requests
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing bachelor's degree
- Can work long hours/nights
- Eligible to get college credit
- Energetic and detail oriented
- Can maintain confidential information
