Account Manager, Premium Services

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of all revenue goals linked with an assigned account base of the current premium territory members and annual suite members that focused on renewals and retention, add-ons, referrals and upgrades.

Duties of the Account Manager will include:

• Meeting/exceeding retention and other related goals on revenue
• Revenue goals attainment
• Strong relations building
• Upgrades/add-ons/referrals selling
• Responding and resolving all customer requests
• Meeting/exceeding of designated service levels
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of ticket sales experience
• Strong skills work ethic/communications/relations building
• MS office and Archtics knowledge
• Can work varying days/hours
