Job Summary: 
The Partnerships CRM Coordinator will be an integral member of the Data & Analytics team. This person will focus on the day-to-day management and execution of the company’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and utilize data to assist with Corporate Partnerships sales and marketing efforts. Assists with activities related to digital marketing, CRM, market research, and analytics. They will perform routine tasks in each of the areas that align with the team’s overall goals and objectives. This person will also provide administrative assistance as needed. 

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the CRM system daily.

  • Assist with the Corporate Partnerships sales and marketing efforts utilizing CRM data.

  • Manage Premium contracts and invoices – create new contracts for leases that come in, ensure invoices are correct for Accounting.

  • Complete any one-off requests or tasks from users.

  • Microsoft Outlook Connector issues, service rep changes, contract reallocations.

  • Build dashboards, views, and fields as necessary.

  • Create and maintain training docs for Corporate Partnerships.

  • Train sales and service new hires how to effectively use CRM.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum two (2) years related experience 

  • Possess the highest integrity, ethical standards and confidentiality.

  • Ability to ensure print request deadlines are met.

  • Proficiency in taking direction and executing changes when necessary.

  • Organizational ability to track files and progress associated with projects and maintain department’s digital archive.

  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible to shift between projects as new priorities emerge, and assist graphic designers with project overflow.

  • Discussion and problem-solving skills regarding department practices and procedures.

  • Ability to work on collaborative projects and independently.

  • Must have thorough knowledge of graphics related Macintosh software including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. HTML, Dreamweaver Javascript and Flash a plus.

 
Preferred Knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Knowledge of or previous experience working in a sports environment.
 
Working Conditions:

  • Office environment 

  • Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday hours required
