Job Summary
The position will be helping in the daily management and support of ticket service team for its continued effort to deliver top class client service.
Duties
- Helping in the daily management and planning of ticket service team
- Managing of all Lexus Lounge Accounts and other Lounge aspects
- Managing and responding to general inbox
- Helping to update and monitor the website membership pages
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Strong skills customer service/communications
- Leadership skills
- Good judgment
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of ticket sales and service experience
- 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience
