Job Summary
The position will be working with each of the suite owner while hosting anything related with suite orders.
Duties
- Ensuring quality customer service and hospitality
- Organizing and maintaining event filling system
- Coordinating food/beverage communication
- Recording and coordinating of order placements
- Actively reach out to all rental contacts
- Upselling with the use of menu and personal recommendations
- Communicating of all required information
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- High school/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Food/beverage background preferred
- MS applications proficient
- Customer service skills
- Can work flexible days/hours
