Job Summary

The position will be in charge of performing broad range of basic archival tasks like processing, preserving and referencing of work that involves records.

Duties

• Ensuring to maintain proper care of all documents/pictures/artifacts
• Creating and preparing descriptive information
• Preparing artifacts for preservation and conservation
• Helping to respond to reference requests
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing graduate program
• Strong skills organizational/writing/researching
• Basic archival functions experience
• Independent and team player
• MS office proficient
