Head Football Coach

Job Summary

The Assistant Athletic Director for Football is responsible for leading a highly competitive Division III football program. He or she recruits and retains top prospective student athletes who are fully engaged in the mission of the College. They are responsible for ensuring all recruitment policies and procedures are complied with.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of successful coaching experience.
2. Master’s degree.
3. Must obtain a valid New York State driver’s license.
4. Thorough understanding and working knowledge of Federal, State, local, and NCAA, rules, policies and procedures.
5. Able to exercise exceptional judgment, ensure strict confidentiality, and demonstrate outstanding professionalism in a range of situations.
