Women's Swimming Assist. Coach

Job Summary

The women's swim team completed its second season in 2021–2022. The team posted an impressive 6-3 dual meet record and placed 7th at the NE-10 championship. We are looking for an enthusiastic and team-oriented coach to be a part of this unique experience.

Qualifications:

1. Successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree and previous swim coaching experience at the high school, club, or NAIA varsity swimmer.
   
2. At least 1 year of professional coaching experience at the high school, club, or NCAA level
3. Experience as an NCAA, NJCAA, or NAIA varsity swimmer
   
4. Coaching philosophy and teaching concepts compatible with the Head Coach and Athletic Department's vision
5. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
   
6. American Red Cross Lifeguard and first Aid and CPR/AED certification preferred
