Job Summary

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for assisting the head coaching in developing, leading and recruiting student-athletes for the the University softball program. 


• The assistant will help prepare and maintain the softball field for all games and practices. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, from an accredited institution of higher education.


• Preferred Master's Degree, from an accredited institution.


• Minimum of three years of experience in coaching and recruiting at the college level environment.


• In addition to playing experience in softball.
