Job Summary
Job Description
The head coach oversees all activities of men's and women's cross country and track programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be knowledgeable and have a complete understanding of the NCAA rules and regulations and comply with NCAA Division I Bylaw 11.1.1.1 (Head Coach responsibility).
- A desire to recruit, teach, coach and mentor a group of diverse young men and women to rebuild program to compete at a high level within the BIG EAST Conference and Midwest Region.
- A team-oriented person who identifies being within the structure of a broad-based intercollegiate athletics program.
- Bachelor's degree and cross country and/or track coaching experience at the NCAA level required.
