Job Summary

This position will be responsible for assisting with the overall coaching and management of the men's and women's cross country teams and distance running event groups within the indoor and outdoor track & field programs.

Required:

• Undergraduate degree.
• Ability to use athletic software, such as Front Rush.
  
• Desire to coach within the NCAA Division III philosophy.
  
• Good organizational and management skills.
  
• Have a good verbal and written communication.
