Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Aquatics oversees the day-to-day operation of the pool and the development and management of aquatic recreational programming. Responsible for scheduling aquatic facilities for recreational swimming, club sports, intramural sports, university group use, and special events.

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of aquatic programming and risk management.
Interpersonal customer service skills and mature judgment required to interact effectively and collaboratively with a broad range of people.
Current LGIT, WSI, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain by start date.
CPO or AFO preferred
