Job Summary
Position Summary:
The MLB Team Brand Ambassador will be responsible for providing first class customer service to our fans, while providing fans valuable instruction and information to assist them with directions into the ballpark, understanding of the updated ballpark health and safety protocols, and Ball Park App usage as their resource for all team content during their experience.
Essential Functions:
Duties include, but are not limited to, Game day activities, special events and specific duties include:
- Act as Ballpark App adopters, teaching fans how to use the application
- Educate and assist fans with using the Ballpark App for all ticketing needs
- Greet fans at the gates as they enter the ballpark
- Ensure guests are adhering to health and safety protocols
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be knowledgeable with smartphone technology/usage
- Must have dependable transportation to all events
- Ability to work during nights, weekends and holidays during the season
- Must maintain good attendance and punctuality
- Results driven, Self-motivated individual with focus on goal achievement
- Bilingual. Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
