Manager of Stadium Tours and Group Sales

Job Summary

The position will be building and overseeing the daily management of ticket sales team for Stadium tours and other ticketed events.

Duties

• Recruiting, training, on boarding, managing of members for tour and group sales team
• Monitoring and tracking of sales activity/output/results
• Collaborating with VP about progress, initiatives, strategies
• Helping to develop of first class attractions/live event ticket sales business
• Helping to build training and customer service plan
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4 years sales experience
• 1 year of sales management experience preferred
• Strong skills communication/MS office
• Detail oriented/organized and accurate
