Job Summary

The position will be in charge of responding to user related issues with the different departments while providing end-user assistance, training, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering technical assistance to employees
• Providing on call cell phone support
• Configuring, deploying and supporting all office related software systems
• Diagnosing and fixing of software/hardware related to products of Apple
• Other related tasks

• Can handle various IT projects and tasks
