Assistant Football Coach

Job Summary

The Assistant Coach is responsible for building a competitive NCAA Division III football program that advances the mission of intercollegiate athletics and the University. They help build a shared vision, collaborate with the Office of Admissions, foster good sportsmanship, and provide an environment that supports students in achieving their goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated effectiveness playing.
• Master’s degree, college coaching experience.
• Participation at the collegiate level are preferred.
• Appreciation for the philosophy of the NCAA Division III, strong program management skills
• Ability to build, motivate, and retain a diverse, inclusive, successful team with sensitivity to individuals of all cultural backgrounds
