Job Summary

The Swimming and Diving Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting in all phases of a Division I intercollegiate swim and dive program, including promoting the philosophy and objectives of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, mentoring student-athletes, developing schedules, monitoring conditioning and training, coordinating team travel arrangements, and participating in clinics, exhibitions, and camps.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in related/ relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
  • Prior experience in a NCAA Division I swimming and diving program.
