Job Summary
The position will be in charge of managing all the facets of planning and coordinating of events at Mapfre Stadium.
Duties of the Event Operation Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Planning/client relations
- Helping to develop move in/move out plan and keep clients to be updated
- Overseeing of contract terms
- Managing of events
- Conduct pre-event research
- Attending to post event duties
- Keep accurate and complete files
- Handling all required financial requirements
- Other related tasks
