Human Resources Seasonal Associate

Job Summary

• Actively source resumes to identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques 


• Will be primary point of contact for coordinating and managing all exploratory calls as well as, in person interviews 


• Must display an interest in research and analytics and have the curiosity to identify HR recruitment trends

• 1-2 year of relevant experience in Human Resources or in a similar function; BA preferred but not mandatory


• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Excel and Power Point
