Job Summary

The position will serve as one of the media liaison for  Soccer Club and contribute to the daily promotion of the team and its players.

Duties

• Writing, editing and distributing of press releases for player transactions/community events/partnerships
• Adhere to the emerging trends of the industry
• Maintaining and distributing of game notes
• Pitching of feature ideas
• Attending all Club training sessions
• Managing of communications game day staff/media availability with the coaches and players
• Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 4 years of public relations/journalism/communications experience
• Strong skills in writing/editing/communications
• Can work in varying work shifts
