Ticket Sales and Service Intern – 2021 Summer Semester

Job Summary

The position will be helping in the daily ticket sales, member services and ticket operations & analytics tasks of the Ticket Sales department.

Duties of the Intern will include:

• Supporting the department linked to sales and services of tickets
• Helping in customer relations (phone/email/in person)
• Helping in sales record documenting
• Helping to fulfill ticket order
• Learning and helping to create receipts/invoices
• Learning all the facets of ticketing system
• Other related tasks
